Information on the processing of your personal data during recruitment
Based on Article. 13 Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 27/04/2016 on the protection of natural persons with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data, and repealing Directive 95/46/EC (General Data Protection Regulation) (Journal of Laws EU. L. of 2016, No. 119, p. 1) – hereinafter GDPR, we inform applicants who are willing to submit an application in the recruitment processes conducted by Meissner & Partners Maja Meissner-Filipek about the following issues:
Who will be the Administrator of your personal data?
1. The administrator of your personal data is Meissner & Partners Maja Meissner-Filipek with its registered office in Milanówek at ul. Krasińskiego 51, NIP 739-222-35-07 (hereinafter referred to as: Administrator).
2. Please send any questions regarding the method and scope of processing of your personal data by Meissner & Partners Maja Meissner-Filipek and the scope of your rights to the Administrator at the following address: office@meissnerandpartners.com
For what purpose and on what legal basis will your personal data be processed?
3. We process your personal data for the purpose of:
a. implementation of a specific recruitment process (legal basis: 221 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR),
b. conducting future recruitment processes for a similar, identical or other position consistent with qualifications (legal basis: 221 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 6(1)(c) of the GDPR).
4. When deciding on placement:
a. photos in your CV, you voluntarily consent to the processing of data regarding your image (legal basis: 222 1 of the Labor Code in connection with Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR)
b. e-mail address and/or telephone number, you consent to the processing of data for the purpose of contact (legal basis: Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR) for the needs of specific or future recruitment.
5. Expressing the consents described above is completely voluntary and will not constitute a reason for refusing employment. At the same time, we would like to inform you that consents can be withdrawn at any time by sending information to the Administrator’s email address: office@meissnerandpartners.com
Who will we share your personal data with?
6. The recipients of the Data may be external entities commissioning recruitment projects (legal basis: Article 6(1)(f) of the GDPR).
7. Your data will be transferred to our suppliers: hosting services and a platform for managing HR processes, based on concluded contracts. Meissner & Partners Maja Meissner-Filipek has made sure that suppliers provide a guarantee of a high level of personal data protection.
8. We will not transfer your personal data to third countries.
What rights do you have in connection with the processing of personal data by the Administrator?
9. In connection with the processing of your personal data, you have the right to:
a. access to the content of the Data (in accordance with Article 15 of the GDPR),
b. request rectification of the Data (in accordance with Article 16 of the GDPR),
c. request deletion of Data (in accordance with Article 17 of the GDPR),
d. request restriction of Data processing (in accordance with Article 18 of the GDPR),
e. raise an objection in the case of Data processed on the basis of the legitimate interests of the Administrator (in accordance with Article 21 of the GDPR),
f. transfer of Data (in accordance with Article 20 of the GDPR),
g. withdraw consent to the processing of Data at any time. Withdrawal of consent does not affect the lawfulness of processing that was carried out on the basis of consent before its withdrawal.
10. You can do the above by submitting an appropriate declaration to the Administrator, sent via e-mail at office@meissnerandpartners.com
11. In connection with the processing of Personal Data, you have the right to lodge a complaint with the supervisory authority.
12. The Administrator will not make automated decisions based on your Data, including profiling.
How long will we process your personal data?
13. We will process personal data collected for the purpose of carrying out the current recruitment process until it is completed. We will inform you by e-mail about the completion of recruitment and deletion of data. In turn, personal data processed based on voluntarily obtained consent for future recruitment will be processed for a period of 3 years. If consent to the processing of personal data is withdrawn, it will be deleted immediately.
14. After the 3-year period, we will process your data for an additional 2 years for the purposes of accepting your complaint, claim, considering it and sending a response (Article 6(1)(a) of the GDPR).
