Information clause on the processing of personal data

In accord with article 13 paragraph 1 of the Regulation of the European Parliament and of the (EU) Council 2016/679 of 27 April 2016 on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data and on the free movement of such data and the repeal of Directive 95/46/WE (hereinafter referred to as: GDPR), we wish to inform that:

We will process your personal data pursuant to art. 6 par. 1 points a) – c) GDPR in order to perform legal obligations, financial settlements, including issuing accounting documents, detecting and preventing fraud, pursuing claims, creating statements, analyzes and statistics, verification of payment credibility, handling complaints and applications.

MEISSNER & PARTNERS is entitled to transfer your personal data to third parties (hereinafter: MEISSNER & PARTNERS subcontractors) for the purpose and to the extent necessary for the correct and proper performance of the services provided. Therefore, your personal data may be forwarded to Subcontractors of MEISSNER & PARTNERS under a contract for entrusting the processing of personal data concluded between MEISSNER & PARTNERS and MEISSNER & PARTNERS subcontractors.

Your personal data is not transferred outside the EEA (European Economic Area) without your express written consent, filled in each time.

Your personal data will be kept for the duration of your contract with MEISSNER & PARTNERS for the provision of services performed by MEISSNER & PARTNERS, in connection with which your personal data is processed, and after this period until the expiry of the limitation period for claims under your contract with MEISSNER & PARTNERS in the scope of rendering services provided by MEISSNER & PARTNERS. However, your personal data recorded in the accounting documentation will be kept for the period specified in applicable law and tax regulations.

Subject to the limitations resulting from the GDPR and other legal provisions, you have the right to access your personal data and the right to rectify, delete, limit processing, the right to transfer personal data, the right to raise objections, and the right to withdraw consent at any time if processing it takes place on the basis of your consent.

You have the right to lodge a complaint with a supervisory authority within the meaning of the GDPR, when you believe that the processing of your personal data violates the provisions of the GDPR.
In the scope of the services provided, you will not be subject to a decision based solely on the automated processing of personal data, including profiling.
